The #A3Cares Program was established in 2013 as a consolidated effort for employees to make an impact in the communities around the world where we work and live. Through our #A3Cares Program, we volunteer and strive to improve the quality of life for our workforce, their families, and our local communities.

Not only do we encourage employees to volunteer time and donate money and resources to organizations that support our local communities, we also encourage innovation and teamwork internally. Our sites have a long history of supporting various organizations in our communities to help address pressing issues such as hunger, health, and education.
